How to enter the first time?

Park your car on the street an go by foot to the small gate

Code front gate: 000724 - the small gate will open and you must enter by foot

Go via the garage to the door number 13

Go to level 1

Enter the door 1312 with the personal code you received

On the kitchen counter you will find
-
2 pairs of keys and the remote control of the gate (to enter with the car)

A blue card to enter the Hilton site
-
A black card for opening the secured gate (on Avenida 8 de Marzo)

Your parking space is number 13. Parking is forbidden in any other spaces because every apartment has its private parking space.

1. Blue keys
The blue keys are for opening the front gate (photo left) and the front door of the block (photo right). This is the same key. You can also open the front gate (photo left) with the code 000724.
2. Remote control
The remote control is for opening the gate (to enter the garage).
3. Blue card
The Blue card (Hilton) is for opening the gate at the Hilton site. You can also ring the bell and they will open the gate for you.
4. Black card
You have to put the black card in your car.
The security guard (at the barrier at the secured gate on Avenida 8 de Marzo) can ask you to show this card.
5. ASSESO PISCINA
You have take this card with you to the big pool. Because a lot of people were entering from outside so it is possible the lifeguard will ask you to show.

Please note that you park your car on the streetside before leaving the keys!

Sometimes a late check-out is possible (for an additional 30 euro). We need to agree this in advance.
