Welcome, we hope you will enjoy your stay in our apartment in this beautiful residential community.  

 

 

We would like to remind the most important rules: 

​

• Smoking in the apartment is forbidden. This is a non-smoking apartment.
   

• Pets are not allowed.  

​

• If you leave the apartment, please turn off the airco and lights. Also please turn of the airco if the windows are opened. Think about the environment and the very expensive energy costs. 

 

• It is not allowed to sleep with more people on the apartment than agreed. For hygienic reasons it is not allowed to sleep in the sofa.  

 

• It can always happen that you damage or brake something, please tell when checking out. After check out, there will be also be a check out control (the cleaning crew checks the inventory).  

 

• Your parking space is number 13. Parking is forbidden in any other spaces because every apartment has its private parking space. If you are in doubt, you can always park at the streetside.  

 

• The closet in the hallway is locked. This is private and contains belongings of the owners.  

 

• There are 2 swimming pools in phase 2 that you can use. Glass/bottles and ceramics are not allowed in the pool areas due to safety reasons. At the big pool there is a lifeguard. All instructions of the lifeguard must be followed.  

The opening hours are:

o Big pool: opening on 1 April and closing on 12 November. 

• April and May: from 10:00 to 19:00 

• June, July and August: 10:00 to 21:00 

• September and October: 10:00 to 19:00 

• November: 12:00 to 17:00 
   

o Small Pool  

• November to May: 9:00-19:00  

  • June to October: 9:00-20:30 

 

• Domestic rubbish must always be deposited in the appropriate bins in the designated areas and not left in the garages, stairways or other public areas. You can drop your garbage at point 1 (we are in block 13). On the public roads you also find a lot of garbagepoints.  

 

• Please remember always to be considerate and take care of your neighbours. You must have fun, but not at the expense of others. All activities that can disturb must be terminated between 10.00 PM and 9AM. It is not allowed to play loud music with open doors and windows at any time.
